Villa in the heart of Paris

Project Challenges
Transforming a townhouse – a stone’s throw from the Pantheon, in Paris’ fifth arrondissement – into a living villa by maximising space and comfort. Six-month expansion, adding a new floor which is in perfect harmony with the existing structure.  Creation of a true interior design identity. Redesign of the garden to create living space usable throughout the year, of which the centrepiece is its swimming pool.

Studio Solutions
Designing and constructing the extension, carrying out exterior works with integration of a swimming pool. Transformation of the arrangement of interior spaces including a stunning master suite. Execution of the entire decoration of the house.
